Details of Fees & Returns

Our goal is to provide the best possible care and a safe environment for all dogs. No-shows and late cancellations take away from our ability to offer our services to as many dogs as possible. We encourage all daycare participants to attend a minimum of a half day once a week. All staycation guests are required to be an active daycare participant or a member. If you have any questions, feel free to ask Member Concierge team or Manager.

INDOOR DOG PARK MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

We require a 30 day notice for cancellation of the monthly or yearly membership. No refund will be given for unused time.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION

When you book a reservation, we are staffing and holding space for your dog in our facility. There are a limited number of reservation slots available per day. To be respectful to other members and families, please call or email as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS / NO-SHOWS

A no-show is when a dog does not arrive for their reservation without cancelling.

If you do not cancel your dog’s social eval appointment with a minimum of 24-hour notice or no-show, we will charge $25 for the appointment.

If you do not cancel your dog daycare appointment with a minimum of 24-hour notice or no-show, we will charge a $18 for a full day of daycare or $12 for half a day of daycare per dog on the reservation.

If you do not cancel your dog readiness appointment with a minimum of 24-hour notice or no-show, we will charge a $25 for the appointment.

Staycations require $150 deposit at a minimum of two weeks before the stay. If the staycation appointment is cancelled with 3 days or more notice 50% of the deposit is refundable. Less than 3-days or no show will forfeit the deposit.

NO REFUNDS

All sales are final on the items purchased from the Barkery.
